If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase date.
We offer a straightforward, no-questions-asked refund policy.
You can request a refund for any reason within 30 calendar days of purchase.
You don’t need to explain why you’re requesting a refund.
You can request a refund even if you’ve already downloaded, opened, or used the guide or its editable templates.
You don’t need to return any digital files.
There are no cancellation, restocking, or administrative fees.
The guarantee applies to both the $29 founding price and the $49 regular price.
We’ll refund the full amount you paid us for the Review Ready Guide, including any taxes collected as part of your purchase.

Please include your order number or the email address you used at checkout so we can locate your purchase.
No explanation is required.
We treat every refund request as a top priority.
Once we receive your eligible refund request, we’ll arrange your refund to the original payment method as promptly as possible.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to show the refund in your account.
If your payment involved currency conversion, your bank or payment provider may use its own exchange rate or apply its own charges. Those external charges are outside our control.
The Review Ready Guide is delivered digitally as a PDF guide with six editable templates, also provided in a ZIP file.
If you receive a refund, your license to use the purchased materials ends.
Please stop using the guide and templates and delete retained copies under your control, except copies you are legally required to keep.
You don’t need to return the files or provide proof of deletion to receive your refund.
This guarantee applies to the Review Ready Guide and the six editable templates included with your purchase.
It does not automatically cover separately purchased products or services, including implementation assistance, monthly monitoring services, or consultant licenses. Those offers will have their own disclosed purchase and refund terms.
